CANCELLATION POLICY 

Woody’s RV Resort, LLC & Woody’s By the Lake, LLC 

Please NOTE that once you have booked a reservation with Woody’s we have reserved time in  our schedule to exclusively have the vacation home available for your arrival. Therefore, we  have forfeited all advertising of your unit.  

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS:  

➢ SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS, (i.e., 14-nights or less): There will be no refunds. If  the Woody’s office management is contacted with 48-hours or more every attempt will be made to reschedule your reservation with a $50 rebooking fee. 

➢ ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS, (i.e., 14-nights or more): Cancellation of reservations  done 90-days or more notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. The remainder of  your deposit will be refunded. 

➢ Cancellation of reservations done between 60 & 90-days’ notice will be charged a  $100 cancellation fee. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded. 

➢ Cancellation of reservations done between 30 & 60-days’ notice will be charged a 50%  cancellation fee. That’s when or if we can rent the vacation home to another individual.  The remainder of your deposit will be refunded. 

➢ There will be no refunds issued for cancellation of reservations done with 30-days or  less notice of reservation. 

➢ No refunds for early departure.
