CANCELLATION POLICY 

Woody’s RV Resort, LLC & Woody’s By the Lake, LLC 

Please NOTE that once you have booked a reservation with Woody’s we have reserved time in  our schedule to exclusively have the vacation home available for your arrival. Therefore, we  have forfeited all advertising of your unit.  

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS:  

➢ There will be no refunds issued for deposits, nor for tenures less than 30 days.

➢ Cancellation of reservations done with 90-days or more notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded, minus the deposit.

➢ Cancellation of reservations done with 60 to 90-days’ notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded, minus the deposit.

➢ Cancellation of reservations done within 30-60 days notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded, minus the deposit.
